Cookie Policy

At PageVitals, we take the privacy and security of our users very seriously. We understand that the use of cookies on our website may be a concern for some, which is why we have implemented a strict and minimalist policy to limit the use of cookies and to fully adhere to GDPR, CCPA and other privacy regulations.

We don't use cookies except for the absolutely essential ones. We don't track you, we don't sell your data to anyone. When visiting pagevitals.com you won't even see a cookie consent box because there are no cookies to accept. The few exceptions are described in the sections below.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of text sent by your web browser by a website you visit. A cookie file is stored in your web browser and allows a website or a third-party script on that website to recognize you.

Cookies are classified as either necessary, functional, and analytical. Necessary cookies are required in order for a website to function properly. Functional cookies are used to remember information that the user has inputted, such as a username or password. Analytical cookies are used to track and analyze website usage.

How PageVitals use cookies

When logging in to our service, we store your login token in a secure session cookie.

When using our chat box, we ask for your permission to place a session cookie with our chat provider Crisp. This is necessary for the chat to work across page views. You can read Crisp's cookie policy here.

That's it.
